Phase 1: On-site Meeting / Consultation

Phase 2: Project Development

The design development entails the brief completion, cost prediction, fixed fee announcement and agreement thereof as well as the preparation of a visual design system for presentation and discussion. Phase 3: Contracts

In order for you to budget and prioritise your expenditure as you see fit, a complete design scheme, cost schedule and specifications is prepared. It is at this point where contracts are signed, design schedules signed off as approved and the design implementations begins.

Phase 4: Execution

Most important aspect of the project management services we offer is all inclusive liaison with existing consultants, supervision of relevant traders and co-ordinate suppliers and sub-contractors on site.
